After surviving a near-fatal shooting in 2000, 50 Cent was put on a liquid diet for six weeks, which resulted in him losing an impressive 54 pounds. During this transformation, he realized the importance of staying strong and prepared for anything life might throw his way.

The turning point came when he saw discussions about a line referencing Brad Pitt's appearance in Fight Club in the "How Does It Feel (Untitled)" video. This made him realize the significance of taking care of his body and being in peak physical condition. 50 Cent vowed to work hard, preparing himself for his ongoing Final Lap tour, and announced his intention to share his workout journey with his fans through daily Live sessions on Instagram.
The rapper expressed his determination to shed at least 25 pounds before the tour, returning to "dog shape" to reclaim his confident persona. With his renewed focus on fitness, 50 Cent is ready to take on challenges and looks forward to engaging in various physical activities, even teasing about his eagerness to step into the ring.
