Kendrick Lamar has debuted a short film for his Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers track “We Cry Together.” The film will be playing at Laemmle's Royal Theatre in West L.A. for the next 6 days until June 9. The short film has been described as a "performance from Taylour Paige and Kendrick Lamar, presented by pg-Lang."
Anyway, Kendrick has gotten his acting chops presented in a number of ways and he’s a pretty good actor I have to say.
I am not looking for Denzel Washington out of him, but I do expect something dope. So I would not advise you to flock to the theater if you can because this is going to sell out quickly.
And by the way, shout out to Taylour Paige who is the costar of this mini-film she’s pretty amazing on the song.
The news about the film comes after “We Cry Together” had one of the biggest drops on the Billboard singles chart.
