This is after the Twitter board accepted the $ 44 billion offer (£ 34.5bn) from Mr Musk. However, Mr Musk said the network would always be free for "regular users".
Previously he said he wants to "make Twitter better than it is now by improving his appearance and include new features".

Twitter has not responded to the BBC's request for comment.
Previously, Mr Musk had sent a CNN newsletter that called for some of the biggest US companies to boycott Twitter if Mr Musk re -hinds the content regulatory policies that block hateful pronunciation.
He argues that Twitter regulatory policies threaten freedom of expression.
Since agreeing to buy Twitter, Mr Musk said he wanted to make improvements to help increase the influence of what he described as a "special" platform.
