What’s not to like about Coffee? The artist, whose real name is Mikayla Simpson, has already announced the date of her highly anticipated album "Gifted." He recently sat down and shared his list of masters who he dreams of working with from a variety of genres.The Jamaican singer would like to take part in a big party given the opportunity.
The 21-year-old reggae artist, who is already a Grammy winner, will have his album released in late March courtesy of Sony Music and RCA Records. He recently released "Pull Up," the first song from his debut album, and will begin his North American tour to promote the project.
Wearing a Jamaican colorful baseball cap and a green t-shirt, the influential "Toast" artist began to drop names starting with his favorite Jamaican Sound System to improve things.
“Mi feel like I would bring a deejay first so I would bring Creep Chromatic from Jamaica cuz yea man him bad. And then maybe an afro-beats artiste so I would bring Davido. Beenie Man would have to be dere to bring the vybz and the Migos maybe becuz den dey would be ready to deliver dat high energy seen.”
His wish list shows his unique taste in music as well as artists from different backgrounds will attract his attention.
